STRUCTURE:

DYE MACHINE RECORDING CHART

A.Data collection station:

1. Temperature:
   Connect the PT sensor of each dye machine and scan every 60 seconds.
   Collect and convert all data to digital then record on system.
   
   
2. Fabric circulation:
   The seam detector send a pulse signal by every circulation,connect this signal then calculate every criculation time interval.
   
   
3. Dye and chemical feeding:
   Record time interval of pump between on and off.

B.Inquire station:

1. All collection station data will transfet to this station by RS-232 and store into hard disc(History upto 12 months).
   
   
2. By data,machine number index,search or print the recorded data/chart.
